1Focus - College & Career Ministry at Calvary Baptist Church 1Focus is Calvary Baptist Church's College & Career group. We have a great group of people who have already joined our group. Visitors are welcome to attend!

This group is facilitated by Stephen and Emily Funes. 1Focus is designed specifically for those who are college age to 30 years old. We meet on Sunday mornings at 10am. We’ll also be having various activities and service projects for our class to participate in throughout the year. The purpose of the 1Focus class is to help singles maintain the focus they should have during this critical time in their life in which they will be making some of life’s most important decisions. It is so easy in this life stage to lose focus. There are so many things vying for our attention – developing a successful career, the desire to get married, the want to get as many ‘toys’ as we can, etc... It is crucial that we learn to remain singly focused on Him! When we keep God in His rightful place, everything else will fall into place. Matthew 6:33 says, “...Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
