Faith In Jesus Covenant Church

Faith In Jesus Covenant Church I am a graduate of ORU & totally embrace Hebrews 13:8. Jesus is Healer still, & I believe that God's will is for us, and that there is work to be done by all!

I teach on Facebook & my sermons are also on demand also! By looking in my past, I found that John Calvin and Martin Luther and so many other theologians of the 1500's,1600's and up to the present day have progressed in magnificent ways, as we have learned that faith is the vehicle through which grace abounds to the church. Having been introduced to the theology of both Cessationists and Continuat

ionists, I find myself always referring to I John 5:9-10.... If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. If you interpret everything in the New Testament in the dim 'light' of the Old Testament, then you have extremely stunted, and very limited understanding in terms of identifying what Jesus said regarding Himself and our Heavenly Father, and what grace is. If you compare everything in the Old Testament in the 'light' of the New Testament, and how the covenant of the New Testament reveals a grace undeserved and unexpected that Jesus presented, then you can begin to see things from an entirely different vantage point and perspective. That opens up the doors, deep and wide, to see Jesus as our substitute for our sins, our redeemer for a price we could never pay, and our Savior forever, from an eternal death that no one can avoid without having our faith and trust in Him. What Jesus did 1) was and is totally for us, 2) to please our Heavenly Father, and 3) for all mankind who dare to believe He will always confirm that He is Messiah. His act on the cross and resurrection broke the power of the act of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden.

Thanks for stopping by our website! I have not invested in this website in a while, but you can catch our broadcasts every Saturday. It is always an after 5pm CST event. It will take a financial miracle to get our own church doors open again, or a church looking for a pastor to welcome us as their pastor. One thing I truly want to say is that, if you like these Facebook broadcasts, I thank you!
We live in a time that since Covid-19 struck the world, many people go to e-church and no longer come to a live local service. Hundreds of churches have closed their doors and not reopened, due to a lack of finances and support. Many giant churches are blanketing the USPS mail with appeal letters to financially support their ministries and send the tithes to their TV ministries.
The next great revival will be a result of the resurgence of the local church.
I still have a load of chairs and equipment in storage, ready to go, once the door opens for us, locationally and financially, to be up and running. Until then, please enjoy the broadcasts and if you desire to help keep us going, consider an offering, made payable to FIJCC, to help this ministry rise from the Covid ashes. I will be the special guest speaker at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in San Antonio, on July 17, 2022, 9am Service. See you there!

I do want you to know how grateful I am that so many watch our Facebook broadcast. I have purchased Restream and plan to broadcast on more than one platform. Those of you who may reach us can instant message the ministry after listening to the broadcast, if you want me to respond to you. Because we are a 501c3 organization, we get endless solicitation calls every day, so You need to leave a message....I do not answer calls if I don't recognize their number. or send me a text to Facebook Messenger. If you "like" us on Facebook, so much the better. If you would like to invite me to come and speak at your gathering, please let me know and we will see how that works out. I am a volunteer Associate Pastor/ teacher at His Grace Church and contribute to their "Back to the Basics" teaching series. I am one of several pulpit 'supply pastors' for Gethsemane Lutheran Church in San Antonio as well. I see myself as a pastor again in front of a live church audience one day, but just the building alone and the land will take many more faithful contributors than those who give to our ministry now.

In the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, I am determined to bring good news to those who view the Facebook sermon broadcasts!
Joel 3:10 says to ... let the weak say I am strong! And
Psalms 102;7 says ...let the redeemed of the. Lord say so, whom He hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy!
Psalms 91:2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in Him will I trust.
My goals is to always be found doing good in the sight of the Lord, whether anyone ever knows me or sees me or ever hears of me, til the day I go to Heaven. My Christianity is based on God so love us all, that He sent Jesus to the cross, so we could go to Heaven. I believe in the rapture of the church, that it will happen...yet no one except our Heavenly Father knows when that day will be. So we live as if He may rapture us any minute, but we plan and live to do His will on the Earth until the day we die.

I haven't done much with this account of Facebook, due to spending way too much time on the computer. But now I have truly tried to bring it back online and for those of you who are watching the FACEBOOK LIVE broadcasts on Saturdays, 5pm CST, welcome to you all. I am truly trying to reach out to a community of friends and soon to be friends as well as old friends and acquaintances along the way.
Hope you enjoy the teachings and what I share. I am trying to just teach from my heart and be a blessing to the foundations of your faith and trust in God. We live in a world of many who are depressed and hopeless and things seem to be rough, yet in others lives things are good. I thank God for those who need prayers answered and those who can pray for others when their lives are actually going well at the moment.
