There’s going to be a revival among the youth. God has marked youth for this time and season. Not only to change this city but also to change this nation. The young people are revolutionaries – young men and women that God wants to use. There will be a revival in the high schools of Minnesota, not just Minneapolis – young firebrands that love God, that pray, that are passionate. Many, many young people will come to the Lord until the stadiums are full of youth here in Minnesota, worshiping God and proclaiming God. It will affect Wisconsin and all the areas around it. There will be a call upon the youth to answer the call of God and go to the nations. God will do a work in the women, and many women will be raised up. God will use them in a very, very special way through this intercession movement and as watchmen on the wall. There will be a move of the Holy Spirit that people will say, “Look among the nations and be astonished.” 🙏🔥

Theme: Revival Among Youth
Full Bible Verse:
“In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people; your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.” — Acts 2:17
Acts 2:17 directly correlates with the prophetic vision of a youth revival, emphasizing the significance of young people in the outpouring of the Spirit as they prophesy and see visions. This reinforces the idea that God will use the youth mightily in the last days, tying into the revival theme mentioned.

Prophetic Word
Minnesota, you are what I would call a ‘hinge of history.’ Now, let me define a ‘hinge of history’: a strategic moment when a door of opportunity opens that releases God's destiny for a generation. This strategic moment causes an awakening to purpose and destiny for whole cities, states, and nations.
If you think of the analogy of a door and the hinges of the door, the hinge of a door bears the weight of the opening. That’s why you have to fast and pray. You are called right now. God has chosen you. God has purposed you to bear the weight for a nation. To turn the tide. And God would not call you to do that if He didn’t know you could. He trusts you. Are you hearing me? God trusts you! …And so what I see in this state is that God is raising up people, that for whatever purpose, in education, government and the family, arts, media, whatever it is . . . God has given you an anointing to bear the weight of the door so that it can swing open. And this is a great responsibility to be a hinge of history. If you think about it – the most significant stress on a door is on those hinges – so it is imperative to see that God is calling out what I would call to be the forerunner state – those that bear the weight for this door’s opening.

A Strategic Moment: The Door of Opportunity
The concept of a “door of opportunity” is seen throughout Scripture, where God opens doors for His people to step into divine purpose:
Revelation 3:8 (CSB) – “I know your works. Look, I have placed before you an open door that no one can close because you have but little power, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name.”
Minnesota, like the church of Philadelphia, has been uniquely positioned by God with an open door of opportunity. God has a particular plan to release His destiny for a generation through this state. He invites the faithful to walk through this door by bearing the weight of the responsibility.

Bearing the Weight: Called to Fast and Pray
God calls His people to fast and pray, recognizing that such spiritual disciplines are essential in times of transition and breakthrough. Minnesota is being called to bear the weight through intercession:
Isaiah 58:6 (CSB) – “Isn’t this the fast I choose: to break the chains of wickedness, to untie the ropes of the yoke, to set the oppressed free, and to tear off every yoke?”

The state is positioned as a forerunner, a hinge, which must bear the weight through prayer and fasting to see God’s purposes unfold. Just as fasting breaks chains of wickedness, Minnesota’s intercession is needed to shift the spiritual atmosphere and prepare for transformation.

Chosen and Anointed: Trusted by God
God would not call Minnesota to bear the weight unless He knew the people could do it. Scripture affirms that God calls and equips those He trusts:
Ephesians 2:10 (CSB) – “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do.”

Minnesota, you are not just called but chosen and equipped for this moment. You are trusted to handle the spiritual responsibility of being a hinge upon which the door of revival and awakening can swing. Like Esther, God has called you “for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14, CSB) to step into your divine purpose and turn the tide for the nation.

Raising Up Leaders: Bearing the Weight in All Spheres of Influence
God is raising up leaders in all areas—education, government, family, arts, media, and beyond—to be the hinges that bear the weight and open doors for His kingdom to advance:
Isaiah 22:22 (CSB) – “I will place the key of the house of David on his shoulder; what he opens, no one can close; what he closes, no one can open.”
This verse speaks to the authority God is giving to His people in Minnesota. The “key” symbolizes the ability to open and close doors in significant areas of influence. Whether in government, education, or the arts, God is raising up anointed people to unlock closed doors and release His plans for revival and transformation.

The Weight on the Hinges: Strength in Times of Stress
Just as the hinge bears the most significant stress on a door, God is calling Minnesota to endure and remain steadfast under the weight of responsibility. In times of trial, God promises strength:
Isaiah 40:31 (CSB) – “But those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not become weary, they will walk and not faint.”

As Minnesota steps into this calling, there may be challenges, but God will provide strength and endurance to bear the stress of being a hinge. The promise is that the state will not grow weary as it fulfills its prophetic role.

The Forerunner State: Preparing the Way for Revival
A “forerunner” goes ahead to prepare the way, just as John the Baptist was a forerunner for Jesus. Minnesota, you are being called to prepare the way for a national revival. Your role is significant and impactful:
Isaiah 40:3 (CSB) – “A voice of one crying out: Prepare the way of the Lord in the wilderness; make a straight highway for our God in the desert.”

Minnesota’s prophetic calling is to be a voice that prepares the way, creating a path for God’s purposes to unfold across the nation. The state will lead others by example and bear the responsibility of paving the way for revival and awakening.
