Harry Roque Calls for People Power: 'Let Sarah Lead Now!'

Kaya kayo, huwag na kayong paupo-upo dyan. Don't just comment on it. We need to allow Paid to become a people power. We need to get rid of the tyrants who will not give solutions to our problems now. Because it is the biggest problem of the country. How are we going to get a solution to the poverty at the end of the Yellow Line? Before the Yellow Line explodes, it will be really hard. Life will be really hard because there is no one to help. Tapos kayo, magre-reklamo kayo. Nasa inyong kapangyarihan. Nasa ating saligang batas. Ang people power. Kahit anong takot.
So kung iniisip nyo, ihahan lang nyo pa si Inday Sanon Tetes 2028, baka that will be too late. Dapat ngayon na, let Sarah lead now, not in 2028. Because we really voted for him to become president if the president can't do it. And obviously, the president can't do it because he didn't do anything but bite his head off. Okay, my high blood pressure is too high. I'm sorry. You know, it's necessary. Really, get up when you've already done it. People's power is not illegal, okay? Thank you very much. This is the Spokesman of the Nation, Harry Roque, saying, I love you Philippines. the only country that i have the only country that i love god bless the philippines bye

Why People Power is Necessary Now

Isus**a kayo ng taong bayan. Wala na pa sumpik-sumpik. Sige, ito lang impeachment. Lahat ang boboto sa impeachment, makatikim kung Paano sila is**a ng taong bayan? Diba? Kaya meron kayong fraternity of the bangad. Diba? Dahil habang ang buong mundo, ang inaatupad, How can their fellowmen, how can they overcome the hardship of continuing to raise the prices of goods because of the hit in the Middle East? The voices of our congressmen are being pushed by politics to make sure that they can really beat Inday Sara Duterte. Is that a job for a smart person? And not only are they congressmen, they are also in the government, Ang bagag na presidente dahil siya naman talaga nag-utos, tanggalin niya yan. S**a talaga ng bayan. I didn't say what they're saying. You can't report me. You can't report me because our voices are loud on the internet. That's right. The problem is, listen to what I'm saying. Listen to what I'm saying. You can't move. You really need to do your duty as the people of the country. People power the people if they don't want to leave. Right? Oh my God, people of the country. What are you waiting for? Especially with the increasing problems in the Middle East, if it will last long, oh no, we will not have a 2020. Because it is really unprecedented.

Survey Shock: Why the Public is 'Vomiting' Current Leadership

The Filipinos have really measured Bangag. See? What did PAS Asia say? PAS Asia is the one I trust the most in all survey firms. They really don't pay for it. What did they measure? They measured, first of all, approval. What is Bangag's approval? Its approval is only 36%. His disapproval is 45. Look at that. It means that he is negative when it comes to approval. Compare that to Inday Sara. His approval is 55. And Inday Sara's rating is 54. Let's repeat, I might have read it wrong. Bangag has 36% approval, 45% disapproval. More disapproves. How much is that? 36 less 45. What is that? Negative what? JR, 36 less 45. While his trust rating stands at 35, and 44 is distrust. So, negative 9. The approval rating of Bangag and its trust rating is 35 less 44 is again negative 35 less 44. How much is that? You know it. It's still 9. Its trust rating is still negative 9. Why can't we say that it's already been approved? The trust and approval rating is negative 9. Wala na nagtitiwala sa iyo. Wala na naniniwala sa iyo. Kumpara naman natin kay BP Sara. Ang BP Sara niya, 55% approval, 54% trust. Karamihan ng Pilipino, dahil 55 and 54, more than half, e nagtitiwala at nag-a-approve pa rin kay Inday Sara Duterte. Dahil negative approval, negative trust rating ang bangag, You are still fighting. You are still making alliances. You are eating vinegar. Bangag is vinegar. Is that clear? Why won't the trust and approval of Bangag be negative?

I mean, If you look at the total number of OFWs in the Middle East, it's 2.4 million. And even if you say only 1% of it will be returned, that is a financial nightmare for us. I was telling you last time that the budget of the DMW will be reduced. Have you addressed that, sir? Yeah, of course, since day one, the cabinet meeting was called, and one of the things mentioned there, we asked the president of SEC, Rolly, Toledo, and NBBM to look at the budget, the resources, financial resources. Yes, yes, of course, so now we can manage. Since the beginning of the year, we have enough budget. The president increased, for instance, the action fund. And we're thankful, of course, also to the senators and the congressmen. But sufficient for now. But we are also bracing for, as we move along, a budget that will sustain us. And we also know, we also know that the legislators, the congressmen and the senators are very interested in knowing how they could help in terms of resources. So we're also... open to and we already are cooperating with Congress on this matter. Of course, in close coordination with the President through the Department of Budget and Management. Sec, before we let you go, can you get an update regarding the missing sailor, George Miranda? Is there a missing sailor in the Strait of Hormuz? What's the latest order? unfortunately it was such a a very strong attack, very hard attack on the on the tugboat they were trying to help another ship um so we're hoping no we're hoping um one way or another. But in the meantime, of course, the directive of the president is to take care of the family. So since day one, the report has been released. Advin and I, our teams have already reached out to where the family is. And we will reach out to them as we speak. So rest assured, we will take care of the family. But in the meantime, as we await the news. So sadly, we haven't seen him yet. But what I can say is that there were two ships, tankers attacked in the Strait

Okay. Let's talk about, Secretary, the arrival here at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. What happens then to those who are returning? What are our arrangements there? When they arrive, we were there with Admin T.Y. Kaunan and OWA in terms of financial assistance. And not only that, the whole government team that the President raised since day one when Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, 2023. It's still there. The team of Sec. Tedder Bosa, Usec. Gloria Balboa, and the teams, including the National Center for Mental Health, it's complete, right? And then there's the DSWD, the team of Sec. Rex Quetzal, the Angels in Red, the so-called social workers, they're also there. There's also financial assistance given by Sec. Rex. and then, meron din yung of course yung airport teams OTR, SecBanoi, and NNIC, Sir Ramon Ang, nandiyo din sila present and I would also mention yung sa local employment. Kasi ang gagalawan naman nila una employment dito muna for them available jobs locally. So, nandiyo ng DOLE SecBene, Leguesma, and the DOLE. And then, kami, lalatagan din namin sila ng mga job orders for abroad. Job fairs are all in store for them. And then, for livelihoods, I met with Sec. Chris Roque one day. And there are offerings for livelihood programs. I want to mention jobs for women workers because it's women's month now. So, for programs, capital, helping capital for female entrepreneurs. That's just one example. DOT, the Department of Tourism also has their programs to set up tourist related business like Airbnbs and gift shops. And then, the training is done by SecTico. Yes, it's a test. They give free test vouchers. So, when our financial assistance comes in, while they're doing the training with Tesla or setting up a test or looking for a job. That's the game plan and that's been directed by the President since day one of this crisis. Very good. That's very good news. One little detail. How will the people who will return to the distant provinces? Will there be temporary accommodation? Good question. I just forgot because Admin P.Y. told me. Admin P.Y. told me earlier that Admin P.Y. and I went to a hotel We're thankful for that hotel because it's been a temporary accommodation for OWA for a long time. So we went there, we saw at least the Mindanao group that arrived last Sunday. So in other words, OWA brings them to temporary accommodation as their domestic flights are arranged.

03/16/2026

For now, we are working on charter flights. And as I said, land crossings and flights out of Qatar. There are also commercial flights out of Dubai. So we also book tickets of some of the ORFWs in those flights. And so it's continuous. With the charter flights and the potential who could still come home, we are still arranging for around 1,000 or so that potentially could come home. Okay. So we can expect that this coming week, we will have more Filipinos being repatriated. Maybe from the UAE, from Saudi Arabia. Those two countries. We're still in the middle of things. We understand. This is not simple. It's a logistical nightmare. Those by-land, going to where the flight of our fellow countrymen will start, Should we answer that? Should the government answer that? Yes, let's answer that together with our embassies. So we're thankful to Sec. Lazaro and the ambassadors on the ground. The directives of our president, if it's safe, then let's do it. So we cross them over. We have teams bringing them from the meeting point. I don't know where, but the meeting point. And then they will be taken to the land crossing. If it's safe, We will have teams there to process them. Of course, the FAA has them ready with their immigration documents, passports, etc. Our teams will accompany them to itawin. And there will be a salubong team there on the other side. From there, from the salubong side, they will be taken to an airport. They will be accommodated, temporary accommodation, until they can fly home. As far as I know, I haven't mentioned Lebanon. Except for Israel, but for Jordan and Lebanon, there is also some limited air activity there. Okay. So we have flown home about less than 100 thus far in Lebanon. Lebanon, and it's also included with Amman, Jordan, right? Yes, Jordan too. Yes, yes, that's right. Okay. So far, that's our mode. And also, you're right, Sir Danny, the effort is still ongoing when it comes to Jordan and Lebanon. Okay. Let's talk about, Secretary, the arrival here at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. What happens then to those who are returning? What are our arrangements there? When they arrive, we were there with Admin T.Y. Kaunan and OWA in terms of financial assistance. But in Saudi, I think I need to explain the trend ways in which we repatriate. So there are the land crossings, right? And we're speaking of seven countries. Seven countries in the Gulf states and the so-called Levant, which is Israel, Syria, I'm sorry, Israel, Lebanon, and Jordan. where every land crossing is located. And those land crossings, especially in Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, come out of Saudi Arabia. And UAE can move it to Oman. But our charter flights from UAE flew out of the UAE. But Saudi included Kuwait and Bahraini OFWs that crossed over into Saudi, eastern Saudi. Okay. That's the way it works. Many moving parts. This conflict is quite different from all the others. Many moving parts in the repatriation efforts. For clarity, Secretary, you said there are seven countries involving land crossing. The airspace they are using for now, where they emanate, is from Saudi Arabia and UAE in Dubai, right? There is Saudi and UAE. Oman is another option if they get to cross from UAE to Oman. And if they get to cross from Qatar to Saudi, yes, Saudi, or Bahrain-Saudi, Kuwait-Saudi, yes, it's Saudi. But QR, as I mentioned, Qatar Airways, is opening on a limited basis. And so far, we have flown from Qatar. It's around 100 from Qatar. For now, we can say, I know that there are a lot of our countrymen in the UAE, in Dubai, and there are a lot of land crossings. Is our airspace in Dubai and Abu Dhabi normal? Can they be used? Do we no longer need to charter flights? Yes. By the way, I forgot to mention Israel. In Israel, we can cross over to Egypt. Okay. And we fly them out of Cairo. Some are already away from Egypt to Cairo. Okay. Yes, yes. Okay, airspace. Airspace, UAE is perhaps the most open airspace, but still on a limited basis. It's basically, for us, the UAE Airlines. QR, also open, but on a limited basis. And all the others, Sarado Maho, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Israel. Sarado Maho. Secretary... In Lebanon, by the way, in Jordan, we also have managed to repatriate. From Iran? Jordan and Lebanon. From Iran, we don't have a migrant workers office, but the DFA has managed to bring in 10 thus far.

He is not in touch with the reality anymore. Wala siya sa lucid moment. Wala siyang lucid interval. Nasa sariling mundo. Well, unang-una, mga sundalo yan. Whether active or hindi sundalo yan.

So nabulgar po yan dito. At least yung ama niya, walang bisyo.
