Christ Church celebrated Pentecost at our regular weekend services on Saturday, May 24 at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 25 at 12:00 p.m.

The Saturday service, was a meaningful and enriching contemplative Eucharist. On Sunday, we truly “pulled out all the stops.” The people in attendance were inspired by the flute and piano prelude, the choral anthem, Pentecost Prayers of the People, the Renewal of Baptismal Vows, and Eucharist.

This summer Christ Church will be a place where faith is renewed, hope restored, and hearts and minds are drawn more deeply into the love of God and neighbor. Come and bring a friend as we pray, sing, learn, and grow together in joy.

From July 4 through September 5, our Saturday 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 p.m. services will be held in the sanctuary. Sunday worship will be shaped by the beauty of organ music, including prelude and postlude, and the singing of traditional hymns. Saturday worship will offer contemporary Christian music, an inclusive-language liturgy, and opportunities for volunteer singers and musicians.

In addition, we invite you to join us Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m. outdoors for Mocktails & Sacred Texts, a relaxed and engaging gathering for lively conversation about Holy Scripture, novels inspired by biblical stories, and the ways these stories meet us in our own lives.
