Our Sunday Morning Meditation class was so helpful today. Resident Teacher Sarah Frew taught from How to Solve Our Human Problems about patient acceptance as the antidote to anger. Who doesn’t need this wisdom?

Then afterward we had a community meeting and volunteer appreciation lunch with delicious food prepared by Chef Joe.

It was a really sweet event and everyone left happy and feeling connected.

All are welcome to our meditation classes and prayers. No experience is necessary.

👀 What if the way things appear to us isn’t the way they truly exist?

Buddha taught that the true nature of things is emptiness—but emptiness does not mean nothingness. It is the middle way: the way things actually exist.

During Seeing Reality Clearly, we’ll explore this profound teaching through practical explanations and guided meditations. As our understanding of emptiness grows, our mind can become more relaxed, our view of others more positive and our everyday problems easier to navigate. ✨

📅 Saturday, September 19
⏰ 10:00 AM–1:30 PM
💛 $20 non-members | $10 members | Free for benefactors
🧘 No meditation experience necessary

Everyone is welcome. Advance registration is encouraged, and registration will also be available at the door.
