🙏 We believe the opportunity is wide open and the invitation given to rethink the church model for the sake of impacting people around us, being authentic disciples, and practicing a missional church model that equips and invites Jesus followers to be action-oriented, engaged in disciple-making, and using their strengths and gifts for the kingdom.

🤝 We do missional communities, resulting in micro-churches, that look more like intentional teams and friendships of believers who desire to live out their faith in a compelling, high-challenge, high-grace, high-invitation, and high-accountability approach.

🚀 Launch Team: Meet the Meyers!

Josh and Janeen’s journey together reflects their deep commitment to family, faith, and serving others. Married since 2016, they have focused on following Jesus’ call to make disciples, with a particular heart for foster care. Since 2019, they’ve welcomed four different foster placements into their home, offering love, support, and stability to children in need.

⛪️ In addition to being licensed foster parents, they both work with the Christian nonprofit Project Belong Virginia, where they engage with churches across Virginia to support vulnerable families and mentor youth who have aged out of the foster care system. Through this vital work, they pour into the lives of young people, building relationships and discipling them one person at a time.

Josh and Janeen’s heart for foster care extends beyond the work they do; it’s a lifestyle. As a family on mission, they love spending time with their daughter and find joy in the simple things—whether it’s exploring the great outdoors, discovering new places to eat, enjoying family movie nights, or traveling together. Their lives reflect a blend of faith, family, and service, striving to make a difference in the lives of those they encounter. 💕

Jared and Caroline were raised in northern Virginia where they met and got married. When they moved to the area in 2021, they felt called to dig their roots deep into the community. Disciple making is a lifestyle that comes naturally to them, and they believe that their gifts and talents should be used to love and serve others well. 💕

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 They are passionate about nature, self-sufficiency, marriage and parenting. As a family they enjoy gardening, sports, going for walks, and hospitality. 🪴

🚀 Launch Team: Meet the Rossies!

Alex and Brittney are Virginia natives with a wide range of experience working internationally. They first met in Central America while doing missions work in 2011. Soon after, they church-planted together in Nicaragua and have traveled to around 29 countries combined while doing missions. 🌎

❤️ One major focus for them is inviting others to know the extravagant love of God and they firmly believe that Jesus is worth it all. Sharing a vision for missional communities and investing in new leaders who have yet to discover their invitation or confidence as disciple-makers.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 They love spending time with their kids and are passionate about business ventures, Montessori, camping, and the mountains. They also have a desire to learn homesteading and love hanging out with friends.

👩‍💼 Brittney recently led Uptick Entrepreneur and continues to serve with Uptick: A Generation of Jesus-Shaped Leaders, a Leadership Development Cohort for Ministry and Business Leaders. She has been actively involved in entrepreneurship running her own branding and consulting agency, leading small groups, missions work, and various church activities alongside Alex over the years.
