🌿🍃 Happy Resurrection Day!🌿
If it weren’t for Jesus, we wouldn’t have second chances. He paid the price we would of had to pay, with his blood, instead of ours. It was because of his sacrifice, that we don’t have to be doomed for our sin. That makes me so grateful and happy that I get to live in freedom knowing that my sins were paid on that cross. And isn’t awesome that our God is the only LIVING God, who is actively listening when we talk to Him and actually answers back? Makes me feel so privileged❤️🙏🏼Thank you Jesus for your blood, I’m forever grateful ❤️ If you don’t know about His story, I URGE you to find out! It’ll be the BEST thing that will ever happen to you!!!!

The principal of rest is key. God didn’t intend for you to go go go and work work work with no rest. You weren’t built to be nonstop. You weren’t built to go at the pace you’re going. Either you stop, or something will make you stop. If we don’t allow for a rhythm of rest for our overly busy lives, illness becomes our stoping point. Busyness doesn’t work for anyone. Slow down and see what is important in your life, focus on those things vs. focusing your attention only on going from one emergent situation to another, simply because of your busyness. Learn to pause when needed, you feel refreshed and able to give your all when you go continue working. Now, if you don’t work, then obviously you don’t need rest, you need to work, to maintain your sanity and your purpose! But there’s a pattern, and the pattern is, rest and work. Don’t work, with no rest. Rest brings strength, clarity, engagement and infinite benefits. Even God rested one day of the 7 days. Pick your day and rest. Recharge. Recalibrate.

How boring would it be if we all looked the same? Let’s celebrate our differences because we each have a different purpose and reason for why we were put on this planet. Your purpose might not look like the persons next to you, and that’s okay! That’s what makes it YOURS. You have a footprint on this Earth that nobody else can fill. ❤️

Figuring out what is the most important thing you should be doing at any given time is vital, because you have so many things to think about, and tasks to accomplish, but not all those tasks have the same importance in every specific moment. It’s like the story of Mary and Martha, Martha was getting all the food ready for when Jesus came over to visit them, but it wasn’t the most important thing to be doing in that specific time. Not saying that preparing the food was not important, because it was, just that the most important thing to have been doing at that time, was spending time at Jesus‘s feet learning from him, because it’s not every day that you get physically one-on-one time with Jesus in your house! Mary on the other hand, was not worried about anything else other than learning from Jesus that day (Luke 10:37-40). So even though there’s a multitude of tasks at hand, try to pick out the top 2 - 3 things that are most important to accomplish in a specific day. Ask God to guide you in discerning what needs your attention first. Focus on that and ignore everything else, until ofcourse, it’s time to prioritize those other things. .

What are the things God has placed in your heart? What are the dreams longing to come alive?⁣⁣

I heard a preacher say "you cant create what you don’t name". In other words, there is power in declaring and prophesying the things that God has put in your heart and you want to see come to pass. God wants those things for you as well. We are able to partner with Him in creating the life we dream of with God. The bible says that there is life and death in the power of the tongue. What will you use your words for? ⁣⁣

The bible begins with the story of creation. It says Earth was without form and full of darkness “In the beginning God created the universe…God commanded "Let there be light”-and light appeared. God commanded “let there be a dome to separate the waters”..it appeared and He named it sky. And so on... With words and power God created the Earth and everything in it. There is power in words and what you say over yourself and life will negatively or positively affect you.⁣⁣

Lets declare with faith, the promises that God has spoken over our lives, so that we can see them come to pass, and be full of life .

Do you know what this verse is about? Wisdom ! If you seek wisdom and hold on tight to it she will honor you. The Bible says this, “The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom.” Haha! That’s it...get wisdom! Look for it, seek it, and apply it. It says that if you hold on to wisdom, she will keep you, guard you, exalt you and honor you. She is more precious than jewels and verse 16 says long life is in her right hand and in her left hand are riches and honor. Who wants those things ?! 🙋🏽‍♀️💍🗝🖼💗⁣

So I’ll leave you with this: Pr. 9:10 The reverent fear of the Lord if the BEGINNING of wisdom, and knowledge of The Holy One IS understanding and spiritual insight.
