Good morning church family and friends. Go to church this morning or watch online and pray for those who are victums of Gun Violence like what was withnessed in Butler, Pa.
Here is a message from our Bishop David Alan Bard

Dear Friends in Christ in the Michigan Conference:

Unwinding following an eventful week at the North Central Jurisdictional Conference, I heard the shocking news of the shooting at a campaign rally for former President Donald Trump. The shooter and one rallygoer are dead, others are injured, and former President Trump was struck in the ear by a bullet.

Such violence has no place in our politics or our society. In the name and spirit of Jesus, I encourage us to continue to find ways to decrease violence and foster peace. I invite us to pray for President Trump, his family, and all affected by this horrific act of violence.

Grace and Peace,

David Alan Bard
Michigan Area Bishop

You are welcome this morning to attend Caro United Methodist Church located at 670 W Gilford, Caro Michigan at 11:00 am. All are welcome here.

It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Bob Wilsie, Karen SImpson's cousin. Bob lived in MN and was originally from Caro, MI.

Oh Lord, it is always hard to say goodbye to those we love and care about, especially when we are close. We know that Karen is going to miss her cousin so much, and so is the rest of her family. And so, Lord, we pray that You would give each of us Your comfort in our hearts at this time of such sadness.

Lord, I know that death is a thin veil of temporary separation for those who love You, and I thank and praise You that as Your children, we will meet up again one day, but it is still hard to have to realize that we will never be together in this life again, so please flood all of our hearts with Your never-failing comfort and give us Your strength to move forward, knowing that You feel deeply for our loss and that You care for each one of us.

Thank You for the life of Karen's cousin, and we pray that You would put Your loving arms of comfort around us all and draw every member of our wider family into a closer walk with You. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

More details will follow from Karen and her family.

Grace and Blessings,

In all things, may we open our hearts and give You thanks.
In your Son Jesus Christ. Amen.
