Community media needs your voice.

Local PEG channels help Sacramento residents, nonprofits, schools, creators, and community organizations share stories that might otherwise never be heard. Now, that funding is at risk.

Please take a moment to help protect local, independent media in Sacramento.

Go to accesssacramento.org and click the link to email the Sacramento Cable Commission.

It only takes a minute — but your voice can help make a difference.

Sacramento students deserve access to real media education.

Local PEG channels like SECC help students learn how to become content creators, filmmakers, broadcasters, storytellers, and future media professionals.

These programs do more than teach cameras and microphones — they give young people confidence, creative skills, career pathways, and a platform to share their voices.

Join us Thursday, June 4 at 2:30 p.m. at the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors’ Chambers to support school media programs and protect local PEG channel funding.
