When I look at past pictures from Christmas, I see a person I don't want to look at. This year, it will be different! "If you are out of shape, if you are uncomfortable in your own body and can do something about it, then do it!" -Elder Jörg Klebingat
Elder Russell M. Nelson has taught that we should “regard our body as a temple of our very own” and that we should “control our diet and exercise fo
r physical fitness.”
"Our spirit and our body are combined in such a way that our body becomes an instrument of our mind and the foundation of our character.”-President Boyd K. Packer
They say it takes 21 days to create a habit and 3 days to break that habit. We have 25 days to create our healthy lifestyle habits. Christmas is a time of year to remember what Christ has done for us. "As the Christmas season begins, each of us should open our heart to receive once again a witness that Christ was born as the Savior of the world, that He lives, and that because of Him, we will live again." -President Thomas S. Monson
"If you are physically able, decide today to be the master of your own house and begin a regular, long-term exercise program, suited to your abilities, combined with a healthier diet." -Elder Jörg Klebingat
My goal is that I can help others to create their own good habit by Christmas, so that we can feel our Savior's love in our own personal lives. "May His precious Spirit be with us, and may He ever be the center of our celebrations and indeed of our very lives.” -President Thomas S. Monson
I challenge all to put God and Christ back into your lives and to help your mind to do so! Goals:
Exercise-
-workout 30 minutes every day or more! (Go at your own pace)
-Take 2 rest days a week (not together though)
Eating-
-Eat healthy
-Watch your portions
