It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of Mrs. Charlene Blackwell yesterday. A lifelong and faithful member of our Wesley Chapel UMC family, Charlene leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love and devotion. Jesus made this promise:

"Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." - Matthew 5:4

May we lean on this promise as we grieve the loss of our sister in Christ. Let us keep Eugene and the rest of Charlene's family lifted in prayer. I will send a follow-up message with the details of the arrangements once they are made.
