💗 A Weekend of Love, Service & Gratitude for Amma 💗
Amma’s birthday celebration at MA Center LA on September 26 was a beautiful expression of love, devotion, and selfless service.
Guided by Swami Dayamritananda Puri, the day began with a Redondo Beach cleanup led by Green Friends, followed by Ayudh’s sandwich and snack-bag seva. More than 75 volunteers lovingly prepared 400 bags for those in need.
The day was filled with inspiring satsang on Amma’s teachings and compassion, soulful bhajans, Paduka Puja, Arati, birthday celebrations, and prasad.
The seva continued on September 27, with a meal served to 125+ women in need in downtown Los Angeles, while Ayudh volunteers distributed sandwiches, snack bags, and water to unhoused neighbors.
Devotees from across Los Angeles, Irvine, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Santa Barbara, and throughout SoCal came together as one family.
🌸 A weekend of love in action—a heartfelt offering of gratitude from Amma’s SoCal children to our beloved Amma. 🌸

Celebrating Ganesha Chaturthi with MA Center LA Devotees! ✨
On September 19th, our community gathered at a devotee's home for a deeply uplifting and heartfelt celebration. We began by joyfully sculpting our own clay Ganesha idols, followed by a beautiful Satsang filled with the Peace Prayer, Lalitha Sahasranama Stotram, the 108 Names of Amma, and a collective Ganesh Puja. After singing vibrant bhajans and sharing a peaceful meditation, we concluded with a delicious potluck dinner.
As we took our idols home for immersion, we reflected on how this tradition beautifully symbolizes detachment—reminding us that all worldly forms are temporary, ultimately returning to the formless Absolute. It was an unforgettable day wrapped in love and sacred togetherness! 🙏🕉️
