Hearing the truth is one thing... living it is another.

Herod respected John and loved listening to God’s truth. But when push came to shove, fear of what other people thought drove him to make a decision he deeply regretted.
It’s a sobering reminder: admiring God's Word isn't the same as obeying it. True faith takes courage to stand for what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable.

In Mark 5, we see two completely different people—a synagogue leader with power and status, and a suffering woman who was completely overlooked. Yet both came to Jesus with the exact same thing: desperate faith in the middle of fear.

Nothing is outside of His control. Not the storm. Not your situation. Not your fear. Jesus is the miracle worker, and He's more powerful than anything you will ever face. The same Jesus who calmed the storm with His voice is the same Jesus walking with you through yours. His power is limitless and so is His presence in YOUR life.
