Today, we celebrate the feast of a beloved saint in the Augustinian Order. St. Clare of Montefalco was an Italian Augustinian nun and abbess in the 13th century known for her deep prayer life, mystical visions, and intense devotion to Christ’s Passion. She led her community with wisdom and holiness, becoming a spiritual guide to many. After her death, her heart was found to contain symbols of Christ’s Passion, which deepened devotion to her and inspired countless believers toward greater love and sacrifice for God.

Pray for the Augustinians and people of Colombia because there was a 7.4 earthquake earlier today. There is a huge possibility that the Augustinian church in Manizales, Colombia was destroyed by the earthquake.
