Greetings, everyone! Alas, given the snowfall we've experienced in the last 18 hours (at least 6" in our neighborhood), our Quakertown Lutheran Cluster Christmas Caroling at Phoebe Richland is cancelled for today. Hopefully, "cancelled" means "postponed"-- so be on the lookout for a post rescheduling this fun activity!

OUTREACH CARE , a ministry of AHUB (Advocates for the Homeless of Upper Bucks) which helps the homeless in the Quakertown area, is in desperate need of funds now.

This group was started about 10 years ago by Joanne Cramer and several ladies from the Quakertown Food Pantry because some clients were asking for help, saying they were living in their cars. They shelter families in motel rooms or Inns and The Bush House while trying to find them more permanent shelters and helping them get back on their feet.

Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated. They are a 501(c)3 group, so your gift would be tax deductible. Please make checks payable to: “Outreach Care” and send them to: P.O. BOX 164 , Quakertown, PA. 18951
