2026 Word is Truth Women’s Conference 🤍

Thank you to Tammi Taylor from Revive Church for a meaningful message and Amanda Lorraine from Grace Collective for sharing a powerful testimony. We also want to take a moment to appreciate all of our amazing FBC volunteers—your hard work behind the scenes made this entire event possible.

So grateful for this community and the way we get to grow together!

The Word Is Truth Women's Conference - we’re saving a seat just for you!

It’s one thing to know what the Bible says; it’s another to actually live it out. We often get caught between the loud opinion of who the world says we are and who God has declared us to be.

Join us on Friday, April 17th as we welcome Tammi Taylor from Revive Church in Idaho. We’ll be talking about how to turn down the volume of the world in order to hear who God says we are—and how to reflect His character in our real, messy, everyday lives.

Come for a night of laughter, real talk, and refreshment.

The Details:

Ages: 14+ welcome
Childcare: Available on-site
Spanish Translation: Live services available (bring headphones to connect your device!)
Deadline: Registration closes this Sunday, April 12.

He is risen 🤍
This Sunday we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus—our hope, our joy, and our new life ✝️

So grateful for time spent together in worship, in community, and in remembering what Easter is all about. There’s nothing like gathering together to celebrate the greatest news ever told 💛

Today, we look at the Cross and see the horrible reality of our sin, but we also see the incredible value God has placed on our lives. Jesus made the ultimate exchange, offering His life for ours. He became the vessel that was broken and poured out as a love offering for the world. Behold the Lamb of God.

Join us this evening for our Good Friday service at 6pm. Through prayer, worship, and the reading of Scripture, we will take a meditative look at Jesus' journey to the cross, and his final words before his death.

Childcare is available for birth through kindergarten aged children. We hope to see you there!

The word "Maundy" (latin for "command") reminds us of the mandate Jesus gave His followers: to love others with the same sacrificial heart He showed that night.

In the garden, we see the ultimate struggle of value. Jesus wrestled with the weight of what was coming, yet He willingly traded His comfort for our calling. He accepted the cup of suffering so that we could receive the cup of grace.

Reflection for today:
Jesus didn't just teach about love; He demonstrated it by becoming a servant to those who would soon scatter. As we sit with the weight of this night, how can we carry His "new commandment" into our own lives?

On Holy Wednesday, two different exchanges took place at a dinner table in Bethany.

Mary broke an alabaster jar worth a year’s wages, "wasting" her most valuable possession to honor Jesus. Meanwhile, Judas, driven by misplaced value, was plotting to exchange the Savior for 30 pieces of silver.

The truth is, our value is determined by what we are willing to exchange for something. Mary exchanged her future security for a moment at His feet. Judas exchanged his proximity to the Messiah for a few months' rent. Both saw the same miracles, but only one saw Jesus as the ultimate treasure.

Reflection for today:
Are we coming to Jesus for the "benefits," or for who He is? Are we offering Him a few drops of our lives, or are we willing to break the whole jar?

On Holy Tuesday, the tension broke. The religious elite demanded Jesus submit to their authority, but He didn’t back down.

Instead, He exposed their hearts, stood His ground in the Temple, and continued to teach the truth—knowing exactly what it would cost Him.

Today, we reflect on the unshakable resolve of a Savior who refused to yield to the world so He could yield His life for us.

On the Monday of Holy Week, Jesus cleansed the temple, removing everything that stood in the way of people meeting with God. As we begin this week together, let’s ask Him to clear the distractions in our own hearts so we can fully experience the journey to the Cross and the joy of the Resurrection.
