What is P1493®?
P1493 Fitness® is a christian fitness ministry. It’s purpose is to honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as we come together in love seeking physical and spiritual strength that brings mental and emotional health through exercise. These workouts are made up of cardio dance, strength training and other exercise formats set to choreography with christian music. It is entirely free to the public and can be found on the P1493 Fitness® YouTube channel with easy to follow routines that offer a front and back facing version. People of all age and fitness levels are welcome as we care for our bodies in an encouraging faith-filled environment. Also, P1493 Fitness LLC nurtures a spirit of giving out of passion towards offering helping hands and financial support to specific nonprofit organizations.
