Brian Phillips Brian Phillips is a key note speaker, passionate leader and founder of Grace Ops. The day he discovered the answer changed him forever.

Brian grew up with the nagging question in his heart, “What is the purpose of my life?”. He then sought to inspire and help others to live with passion and fulfill their unique purpose. Brian has spoken to over 1 million students since he set out to “Inspire the Young”. Students walk away from his presentations inspired to overcome their personal obstacles and reach for their full potential. He is

a community leader, provides free counseling services for local Law Enforcement, and mobilizes regional leaders towards doing good in their sphere of influence. For fun he enjoys lifting weights and training for Spartan obstacle course races across the country. He is happily married to Kristi, Mrs. America 2003, and has four daughters, Kayleigh, Alyssa, Alexandria, and Elleanna. They reside in the Chicago, Illinois area.

🚀 We tend to set goals this time of year. We draw lines and renew our resolve. All this is good! But here is a key I have learned over the years. Set your goals, renew your resolve, engage with focus and self control but remember it’s not about perfection! It’s about pursuit. Make your goals and resolve center around a pursuit not a perfect performance.

Pursuit sets the structure of your goals. Once it’s all set and clearly defined then you need to execute with intensity and drive. Pursuit doesn’t weaken or lower the standard it just sets a better mindset than being perfect in your new resolve.

Pursue it! Return to it! Drive towards it with all your heart. Achieve it and be a better person on the end!

My team designed a goal and we call it the 212 goal. We are asking for men to read 2 chapters a day of the Bible and to pray for 12 min a day. That’s it.

We also built a culture for men to grow in their pursuit of God called Grace Ops.
