As I sit here with my study this afternoon, reading 2 Corinthians 2, the one thing that comes to mind is aroma.
"For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ," 2 Corinthians 2:15. Pleasing aroma, this is found in the Bible several times, referencing sacrifices to God.
I can tell you, I am so excited that He finds the small things I do daily pleasing. Even on my bad days I know I have tried and He sees that and finds my attempts pleasing.
I am so thankful for these small victories and my gratitude is a pleasing aroma to Him. I am not perfect by no means, but I pray that my life and my walk points to the One who is.
