First Methodist Church of Pleasanton TX First Methodist Church of Pleasanton, TX was founded in 1857. We are a loving, family-oriented congregation. Our Pastor teaches Bible based messages.

Mission Statement of First Methodist Church: The mission of the First Methodist Church of Pleasanton is to share the Good News of Jesus Christ as we welcome and witness to all. Our goal is to have worship, Christian studies, ministry and fellowship for all ages. Our members are active participants in working to better our community. We are passionate in our worship of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Our children and youth programs are designed to teach Christian stories, music and crafts; in addition to, providing fellowship, food and fun. We believe in the power of prayer and pray continually for our loved ones, our church, our community, our military, our nation and our leaders. STAFF:
