It’s official! Bishop Mark Eckman has appointed Father Michael Peck as the Administrator of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, effective July 13, 2026. Father Peck is currently serving as Senior Parochial Vicar at Corpus Christ Parish. Prior to that, he served as Senior Parochial Vicar at Saint James Parish, where he mentored our own Father John Kist. Welcome to Triumph of the Holy Cross Father Michael Peck!
As you have likely heard, our Pastor, Father Zywan has been appointed as Administrator of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, also effective July 13, 2026.
We pray for our beloved priests and for all of the parishes involved these transitions.
* Please note that in these announcements, the title “Administrator” is used rather than “Pastor.” Bishop Eckman is adopting the model in which a priest serves his first year at a new parish as an Administrator. After one year, he would then be appointed as Pastor.
