We are pleased to announce that the rescheduled Women's Convention will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026, during the same week as our Jurisdictional AIM/Holy Convocation. Many of our previously planned conference activities will be incorporated into this exciting full-day event!
To simplify the registration process, there will now be one registration fee of $60.00, which includes your convention bag and materials, meal, and commemorative souvenir program.
Please review the following registration payment updates:
* Red Card (Single): Refund of $315.00
* Red Card (Double): Refund of $190.00
* Pink Card: Refund of $40.00
* White Card: Balance due of $10.00 (your registration now includes the conference meal)
If you are unable to attend the new date, please notify Missionary Portia Ellis as soon as possible to request a full refund or to provide a name to transfer your registration to. Otherwise, refunds will be processed according to the schedule above.
We are also accepting new registrations through Sunday, July 26, 2026, for those who are now able to attend. Please spread the word that they may register using the link provided below. This link is only for those who had not previously registered.
Refunds will begin processing this week and will be issued, whenever possible, using the original method of payment. If an alternate payment method is required, you will be contacted directly. Refunds requiring payment by check will be distributed during the week of the convention onsite.
We are also excited to announce that plans are already underway for the 2027 Women's Convention, which will be held next June at the Renaissance Hotel. If you would like your refund applied as a deposit toward the 2027 Convention, please notify Missionary Portia Ellis, and an updated receipt reflecting your rollover deposit will be provided.
