Bishop Morales is Bishop and Priest for Our Lady of Altagracia Mission Church which is named in honor of our Spiritual Mother and protector the of the Dominican Republic, and the Basílica Catedral Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia located in Salvaleón de Higüey. Our Lady of Altagracia Mission Church is a member of the Progressive Catholic Church. The Progressive Catholic Church is an independent all-inclusive faith community in the Old Catholic tradition.
