Next Friday, the 20th, will be hosting for a health and wellness pop-up with a focus on sexual wellness.
The parish hall will be open for folks to grab some water or a snack, use the bathroom, mix and mingle, and wait to be seen the medical team.

As we move into the season of Pride, remember that you are made in the image of God and are beloved in their eyes 💖.
Things have been scary recently, but together we can overcome anything!
See the face of Christ in all people, take solace in the Rainbow Light of Christ 🌈✝️, and remember you will always have a safe place with us!

Dear Friends,

I am reaching out to you today to ask for your support for THRIVE Lifeline, a text-based, 24-hour crisis line by and for members of multiply-marginalized communities. 

Since June 2020, THRIVE has provided identity-affirming crisis support, at no cost, to over 20,000 texters in fifty different countries who face discrimination and increased marginalization within traditional systems.

THRIVE is very meaningful to me, both as someone who has needed support and understanding in times of personal crisis as well as in my own work on the Line as a Crisis Responder. The learning and growth made possible by the community of dedicated peer supporters at THRIVE continues to be transformative in my life.

Since the November election, the Line has experienced a 5-fold increase in texter volume that has not diminished, and has outgrown its current service providers, and the Line has been out of service since March 30. The communications platform needed to accommodate the needs of the Lifeline requires a greater-than 30-fold increase in monthly expenditures.

 The THRIVE team is currently asking for support to raise $20,000 to fund a year of service.

In this time of great need and uncertainty, please consider giving what you can in support of marginalized communities. You can learn more and donate HERE.

Thank you for any support that you are able to give. Truly, any amount helps to get us closer to our goal of re-opening the Lifeline.

Let your light shine bright and know that you are love and loved!
As a trans/non-binary person myself it truly means so much to be in a community and that's upholds and supports me. These are tough times but we're even tougher!
Be Proud, Be Fabulous, Be Q***r! Lifting your life authentically is an act of true courage and strength. Show the world how bright you shine and that there are safe people and spaces for those who don't yet feel safe to come out.

This year, The Episcopal Diocese of Arizona will be participating in the Phoenix Pride Parade on Sunday, October 22nd. We welcome as many congregations as possible to join us in walking in the parade as one unified group.
