Walttools Concrete Over-Eze Tutorial | Part 3 💥

One area that often raises questions during this process is how cracks in the existing surface are handled. In Part 3, Bruce and Tony Rinaldo walk through the process of repairing a crack in the slab, along with filling the border as part of the preparation for the overlay.

Addressing these areas beforehand is an important part of the preparation process and helps create a solid foundation for the next steps.

With the surface prep and repairs complete, we’re ready to move into the next phase of the application process. Follow along for Part 4 as we begin mixing and pouring the Walttools Concrete Over-Eze overlay!

Part 2 starts with one of the most important steps: surface preparation. Bruce and Tony Rinaldo walk through the grinding process to properly prepare the existing concrete and create the surface needed for the overlay to bond.

Concrete that becomes part of the community. 🏗️

Some projects are easy to overlook once the cones are gone and the job is finished. This median project from last year is a good example of the concrete work that becomes part of the roads, properties, and spaces people use every day.

Working along public roads adds another layer to the job, where planning and coordination matter just as much as the concrete itself. It takes the right crew to balance the work with everything happening around it. Keeping traffic flowing, the site organized, and the entire project moving efficiently. It’s the kind of work we take a lot of pride in being trusted to handle!
