What I ask for April.

Dear April,

I ask that you heal me in ways money can’t.

I ask that you continue to keep me focused.

Give me a space to go when I go quiet.

Give my unborn the welcoming she deserves.

April I ask that you expose me to the kindest love, the type that’s unconditional and if that’s impossible I ask that you make it possible.

Show me in 30 days that everything I’ve had planned is coming into fruition at God speed.

Show me that it was okay to go through my lowest moments and my lowest points because I’m here now.

April I ask that you turn me into the best mother, a better sister, a greater daughter, an active aunty, and a beautiful friend.

April I ask that you bring me peace.

Releasing, reflecting, rebuilding by any means necessary.

That moon Chile, WHEW. It was absolutely DIVINE. I really needed to do that for myself. I wrote “to” 4 people that caused me pain for majority of my life, and contributed to my trauma last night. I came to the water, read everything out loud and burned it last night, it’s as simple as that. You see, hoodoo isn’t always bones and coins, and candles and pretty altars, it’s knowing that no matter where you are and who you’re with, you can stop anywhere and reach out to your guides, you know you have GOD flowing through you. Be comfortable asking your guides to show you signs, come to you in your place of comfort (mine is usually in my sleep), or let them know you’re ready to build a stronger relationship with them. I woke up to seeing 2’s all around me. Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of 1’s and 4’s but this is confirmation I did exactly what needed to be done this morning. When I’m speaking to them, and asking them for help I don’t see anyone else. It feels like I can slow down time, every time. I almost forgot how cold it way because of the warmth that was put on me while I did this, and now that I’ve released everything that needed to be said last night, I reclaimed my power back and I’m ready for the next step which is cleansing. I named Olowo off of a distant, now passed lover of mine who died trying to come to America to live a fruitful life. What he didn’t know before he passed is he taught me so much in so little time. His eagerness to teach me Yoruba and Arabic, to tell me stories about his family and friends and his motivation to build a better life for himself and his daughter helped me open my eyes and learn that I have so many blessings around me and live such an abundant life. My mentor Bossy Bruja taught me this recipe and highly encouraged me to personalize it on my own, so no oil that was taught by her is the same. Olowo Prosperity isn’t just an oil for abundance, it has sentimental value to it and a love story that’ll last eternal life. I honor this oil because whenever I pour I think of him and he was an honorable man. Restocking this very soon, with a new recipe.

My sister said on my live the other day “Tell God about your plans and he gone laugh at you”

When you pray for something you want, stop thinking you have to tell God how to give it to you. Stop trying to tell a limitless high power, in detail, what you need as if it’s not already there for you to have. So let’s give an example.

Instead of saying “I want $100,000 and I want them all to come from new customers in my business by June”

Say “You know what God I think it’d be a good idea if I had $100,000. There are some things I want to do with my family & friends and I think it’ll really help”.

The work doesn’t stop here though, that’s when you come in with your protection work, road openers, and consistently work alongside your ancestors to see what you asked for, it’s already there for you.

You get specific with your ancestors, but you don’t have to tell God your plans.
