But it is easy for us to slip from gratitude for God’s care to pride in what we have been given. We’ll reflect on that idea together as we explore the story of Prince Absalom’s Lovely Locks, this week in our Lenten Series, Strange Scripture, Vol. II: The Royals.

Petersburg folks: worship tomorrow morning, 1/18, has been moved back to 9 am with the meeting to follow (potluck is cancelled).

Petersburg friends, we worship at 10:45 this Sunday, January 18! Afterwards, we'll gather for a pot luck dinner and our annual meeting, when we'll reflect on the last year of ministry and dream together about how God is calling us to grow in the next year.
