Last Ignite of the Semester! Great time Commissioning our Summer Missionaries and gathering together to Worship God and Hear from His Word together

This past week we had the blessing of getting to partner with the Evangeline Baptist Association in their efforts to Replant and revitalize churches in the Lafayette area!

Two big takeaways from this trip:
1. It so important to love on and support our local churches. Ask yourself how you can support your church better but also if there are nearby “sister” churches to at need support in their ministry.
2. The power of prayer ministry! One of the major things we did was not only prayer walk the community of the church but go throughout the church building and cover it an its members in prayer. Holy Spirit led ministry only starts with prayer.

Thank you to all who prayed for us and gave financially to students going on the trip!

The 2026 BSU Spring Conference was a great weekend! Our students had the opportunity to fellowship with other believers, hear the word from NOBTS’s Matt James, and worship the Lord. We also got to commission our summer missionaries! Help us in praying for our summer missionaries as they go out and make disciples of all nations!
