Simbang Gabi is a Novena of Masses in anticipation of Christmas. It is one of the oldest Christmas traditions in the Philippines and is practiced by Filipino Communities here in the United States. Bishop Lou Tylka celebrated one of the Masses at St. Mark's School, Peoria, IL.

Tonight, December 22, at 5pm is the final Simbang Gabi Mass in Peoria at Holy Family Parish School-Peoria. There are two Simbang Gabi Masses left in the Champaign-Urbana area: tonight, December 22, at 6pm at St Patrick's Catholic Church (Urbana) and tomorrow, December 23, at 6pm at Holy Cross Catholic Church (Champaign).

Congratulations to our five Peoria Notre Dame students who were selected to participate in All-District Choir & Band for ILMEA District 2!! 🎶 Students rehearsed various musical selections and scales, and then recorded their auditions earlier in the month. These five were selected as some of the top musicians in our area and will represent PND at the All-District concerts at Augustana College on Saturday, November 8th. We are so proud of you! ☘

Meet Bible Based ABA's Director: Dr. Terrence Bryant, BCBA-D.
Dr. Bryant has over 20 years of practical experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to a variety of populations. These include individuals with severe emotional-behavioral disturbances, autism and related disorders, intellectual disabilities, various mental illnesses, and a host of other issues requiring treatment. He has served these populations in state ICF facilities, family home settings, group home settings, foster care, schools, independent living environments, shelter placements, and other community settings. Dr. Bryant has a wealth of experience in behavioral assessment and behavior treatment plan development.

Dr. Bryant also has 10 years of experience as a lead professor and faculty mentor with Kaplan University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Purdue University Global. Dr. Bryant’s academic and research interests are in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis and Multicultural Issues in Psychology. His educational background includes Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Psychology from East Carolina University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University.

Dr. Bryant’s goal is to further his professional efforts by partnering with community and non-profit organizations with the mission of serving those who face everyday challenges posed by emotional-behavioral problems, intellectual disabilities, and mental disorders.
