Today we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Philadelphia 11! On July 19th, 1974 these trailblazing women became the first female ordained priests!

To commemorate, this Friday, August 2nd, @ 6 pm we will be hosting a screening of “The Philadelphia 11”, showcasing their barrier breaking stories!

St. Alban’s would like to show our appreciation for Fr. Tim for guiding us and supporting us through our most recent transition over the past year, as well as helping us to live out St. Alban’s mission. In celebrating, we will be holding a festive coffee hour on Sunday, August 4th after Sunday Service!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the St. Alban’s Day picnic! Despite the heat, a wonderful time as had by all. There was good food, fellowship, fun games, and a waterslide to cool everyone down!

A special thank you to everyone who helped to set up, take down, entertain, and provided something to share! It was all very much appreciated!

We have two events for you tomorrow night!

Wednesday evening service at 5:30 pm with in person yoga in the parish hall @ 6 pm!

If you can’t make in person yoga, contact the church office for the link to attend a zoom yoga class held on Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturdays!
