📖 The Word
In Mark 6:31, Jesus looked at His tired, busy friends who were working so hard to serve others and gave them the command to take a break. He invites us into that exact same pause today:
"Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a little while."

🌸 The Focus
If you’re feeling the stress of life, this evening is for you! Start your week by giving yourself permission to Unwind! Through gentle, deeply relaxing poses held a little longer, you’ll be guided into relaxation and restoration. Enjoy this time to clear your mind and your tension. No experience is necessary—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed!

✨ The Experience
Think of this as ninety minutes of uninterrupted peace and calm, trading your busy to-do lists for a quiet sanctuary filled with gentle floor stretches, deep breaths, guided prayer, and scripture reflection.

📝 Important Details
Physical Requirement: You need to be able to get down onto the floor and back up again.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing (sweatpants, leggings, and fuzzy socks are highly encouraged!).
What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one), pillows, and blankets to use for comfort.
