Pictures from our brigade in El Sillon yesterday. We checked 38 filters and distributed 8 to new households. Our coordinator in that village reported the incidence of GI issues has dramatically reduced since receiving the filters. Off to another filter brigade today.

Everyone is doing well! Pictures from the medical brigade yesterday in Valle Arriba. The medical brigade saw about 200 patients yesterday. I didnt have a chance to take a lot of pictures of the filter brigade yesterday in Los Higueros because we were busy! We checked 122 filters! Thank you for your support of this ministry!

Heading back for another filter brigade in a village outside of El Paraiso. We distributed almost 300 filters in this area so we will spend four days checking those filters. Pastor Tim, Eric and Gayle are in Valle Arriba. Murphy, Anne and Darla are off to filters.

Yesterday we checked 26 filters at Buenas Noches. Much smaller day than normal, but many in the community were harvesting coffee beans. The pay is $3 per five gallon bucket of beans and someone can pick 5-8 buckets per day. This work is seasonal so you work when the crop is ready. Darla, Murphy, and Eric are off to a filter check near Danli. Anne, Gayla, and Pastor Tim are off to Mata today for a medical brigade. Supposed to rain this morning. Say some prayers for the rain to hold off until after the brigade.

Great day at Chaquite yesterday. Checked 54 filters. Sawyers are holding up well. Some of the filters needed a deep cleaning. This isn’t unusual since the water in Honduras often contains a high amount of sediment due to the heavy rains during the rainy season. We did replace approximately 15 Filters of Hope that have outlived their useful lifespan.
Tim, Eric, Murphy and Darla are filtering today. Anne and Gayla are off to Suyatillo today.

The filter brigade is heading back to Mata today and the medical brigade is heading to Lomas Limpias. Anne is filtering today. Eric is working in pharmacy, Gayla in pharmacy and Pastor Tim is helping in the lab. Will post pictures later today!
