❓1- What inspired you to start your small business?
🥨I sort of started my small business when I was 19 just making sweets for my co-workers for years until I recently had an injury this year that made me take a step back from my current job. This gave me more free time so I started my baking back up and wanted to take it more seriously this time around!
❓ 2- Why did you choose to join our new Farmers Market?
🍪I chose this farmers’ market as my 1st one because it found me on my timeline & just somehow knew that I wanted to show my baking to more locals!
❓ 3- What is your top-selling product right now?
🍋 My top selling item right now is definitely my gluten-free protein brownie because it is so fudgy with crispy edges you would not guess it was plant protein powered and gluten free if i didn’t tell you! I would also say my Limoncello Blondies or Limoncello Cloud Cookies! So refreshing & light for the perfect summer treat!
❓ 4- Tell us one fun or surprising fact about yourself.
💅 One fun/surprising fact about me is that I’m not a one trick pony I guess lol. I’m also really good at doing gelx nails & crochet!
❓ 5- What do you wish more people knew about your business?
🌱 I wish more people knew that I make all of my baked goods from scratch by myself on crutches and that I offer Healthier & gluten free options that are plant protein powered and contain vitamins, minerals, nutrients & fiber🤎
