Christian Library of Bakersfield

Christian Library of Bakersfield Director Tom Martin, wife Glynda Martin. We attend Valley Baptist Church Bakersfield. Tom now retired, was a minister for 35+ years. Taft class of 1973.

The Library's Book Selection will be made up of books supporting all Evangelical churches that believe salvation is by Grace through Faith in the saving work of Christ on the cross Family owned Martin's Stockdale Pharmacy. Managed Partyworks, and was an electrician. Bakersfield High class of 1975. Graduated Berean College with degrees in Bible and Doctrine, And one in Ministerial Studies. Glynda,

now retired, was a preschool Director, an elementary teacher, a principal, School Administrator. Former Board President for, Kern Reading Association, the Guild House, Henrietta Child Guidance. Awarded a BA and a Master's Degree from CSUB. Currently volunteers for the Guild House.
