We are now 30 days out of the first ever Southeast Regional Prayer Conference in Archdale NC!!!!!!! Registration is open and free. EVERYONE needs to Register. People without an “email” can register together with a person with one by having them “add” you under Guest Information.

FALL RETREAT is still on! We have been watching the weather forecast very closely and the upcoming weather related to Hurricane Michael is scheduled to be out of the area by mid-day on Friday. We want to encourage you to come, so we are leaving the price at $110. We plan on giving teens and the adults an opportunity to volunteer to help with Hurricane clean-up in the surrounding areas on Saturday afternoon. This will be optional, but if you are interested please bring closed toed shoes or boots, work clothes that can get dirty and bug spray. We can also use some work gloves and rakes. Finally, we will be collecting not perishable food items to donate to those still in need after Hurricane Florence. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday! Fall Retreat is going to be LIT!

Hi Teens and leaders
Can you get the word to your youth??? Fall Retreat is happening Oct 12-14

Because of the hurricane and flooding we are extending the deadline thus delaying the increase in cost
But at the least you must send "by email" the forms so that we know male/Female / names and churches for all late sign ups.

So you are encouraged to push and invite teens that held back to see about weather. Ft. Caswell is going to be fine and our Fall Retreat will be the best ever!

The New dead line is Monday the 8th. After the 4th Please just bring money and hard copies forms with you to camp. Remember the Ft Caswell form requires you to get each Parent to sign the one form per church and you bring that form to us and retreat.

I know you have sent some forms but make sure you bring all three forms completed for a total of four pages- NYI reg form / Med form / Caswell form ###( without Caswell teen can not stay) and anyone that signed late after Aug 7 deadline needs to be prepared to pay the full 130.00 Walk-ins are okay and encouraged and college age can come as students at 130. This will be a great week end but no beach swimming due to storm undertow/ but yes to pool and girls need one piece or Tankini
