This generation is so entitled.

The month of Elul is a time to reflect on the goodness of God.

But all I see is anger in this generation.

People complain about a country that gives them:

- free water at fountains

- free food at food banks

- free public bathrooms

- free education

But because they don't have EVERYTHING they want, they complain.

How is God supposed to bless you if you can't even appreciate what you have?

This is a spiritual principle.

Do not be like the Israelites in the wilderness or you will never see the promise land.

"But my complaints are justified!"

Says who?

Who told you that complaining before man was justified?

It's unbibical.

Do not be led by your emotions.

Take it to Jesus.

Give Him praise.
