Flowers bloom in breathtaking beauty, but their season is temporary.
The same is true of so many things we chase in life—beauty, success, possessions, and even our circumstances. They all fade.
But there is something that never changes.

We couldn’t be more excited to dive into this one together. Starting this Sunday, we are launching a brand new series called Faith In The Fire, taking us through the book of Daniel.

Daniel’s story is one of courage, conviction, and unwavering faith in the face of impossible circumstances. From the lion’s den to the fiery furnace, this book shows us what it looks like to stand firm when everything around us says to compromise. Over the next two months, we’re going to dig into what it means to walk in faith even when we’re walking through the fire.

This series is for anyone who’s ever had to stand alone, anyone who’s faced pressure to give up what they believe, and anyone who needs a reminder that God is faithful even in the hardest seasons. Daniel didn’t just survive the fire… he came out with his faith stronger than ever, and that’s the story we want for all of us.

Join us Sundays at 10:30 AM at Embassy Suites Norman as we walk through this series together. Whether you’ve been part of NBC for years or you’re looking for a church home, we’d love for you to be part of this journey with us.

A Fall Series through the Book of Daniel
What does faithful living look like when the culture around us doesn’t honor God?
Daniel and his friends lived in a culture that pressured them to compromise, conform, and place their trust in earthly kingdoms. Yet they chose courage, wisdom, prayer, and unwavering faith.
Through Daniel, we’ll see that kingdoms rise and fall, but God remains sovereign.

September is here! As routines settle in and a new season begins, we’re praying this month is full of growth, community, and time well spent with Jesus.

With all due respect, worship was never meant to be about our preferences. It’s about His worth.

Psalm 100 doesn’t say, “Worship if you like the song.”
It doesn’t say, “Enter His presence if the style fits your preference.”
It says:

“Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness… Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” — Psalm 100:1–2, 4

When we gather as the Church, we aren’t the audience. God is.

We don’t worship because the music moved us, the song was our favorite, or the service felt the way we wanted it to. We worship because the Lord is good. His love endures forever. His faithfulness continues through all generations.

Worship isn’t about what we get.
It’s about what He deserves.

He is God. We are His. And He is worthy. 🙌

 And while people may fail us, Jesus never will.
