It’s been a while but the Tabernacle Teens (plus some friends) had a great time Friday night with pizza, mini golf, and arcade games! Callie scored BIG points and got us all bracelets!

Jeremiah 42:5-6
5 Then they said to Jeremiah, The LORD be a true and faithful witness between us, if we do not even according to all things for the which the LORD thy God shall send thee to us.
6 Whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God, to whom we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God.

The people in this passage had the willingness to seek after the Lord and his guidance but we later see they deceived themselves and did not follow the guidance of the Lord as they had said they would.

Application: As Christians we must not only be willing to seek the Lord and His guidance but also follow what He commands us to do!

SEEK HIS GUIDANCE!
OBEY HIS COMMANDS!
FOLLOW HIS WILL!

Hey Teens! Wanted to share this awesome item we found last night! We went to the Ark encounter and found this “Vessel unto Honor” in the gift shop and had to buy it for the classroom as it is our Class theme! The Ark is perfect picture of a Vessel unto Honor that was “meet for the Master’s use! We too as Christians should strive to be an “Ark” or “Vessel unto Honor” and be a witness to others who need Christ! :21 @ Ark Encounter
