Our Spring 2026 Plant Sale was a blooming success. Thank you to the volunteers who gave their time, the neighbors who stopped by, and everyone who supported our ministry. Organized by the amazing Katie Reimer, this event was more than a fundraiser, it was community in action. We are grateful for every connection made and every plant that found a new home. 🌱🏡🏳️‍🌈💒

🌈 Happy Pride Month from Church of the Village! 🌈

This month, we celebrate the beauty, resilience, joy, and diversity of LGBTQ+ people everywhere. Pride is a celebration, but it is also a remembrance—of those who came before us, who fought for visibility, dignity, equality, and the freedom to live authentically.

At Church of the Village, we believe every person is created in love and worthy of belonging. No matter your sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, background, faith journey, or where you are in life, you are welcome here.

As we gather beneath our rainbow-filled sanctuary, we give thanks for how far we’ve come, recommit ourselves to the work still ahead, and celebrate a community where all people can show up as their full, authentic selves.

Happy Pride Month. You are loved. You are valued. You belong. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

🌈✨ THE SACREDNESS OF DIFFERENCE: CELEBRATING PRIDE ✨🌈

This June, Church of the Village is honored to welcome four guest preachers whose stories challenge, inspire, and remind us that God’s love is bigger than fear, shame, or exclusion.

Through themes of recovery, resilience, gender identity, authenticity, liberation, and radical love, this Pride Month series explores what it means to be fully seen, fully known, and fully loved—by God and by one another.

Join us as we hear powerful personal testimonies, wrestle with meaningful questions, and celebrate the sacred truth that our differences are not barriers to God’s love—they are reflections of it.

🗓 Sundays, June 7–28, 2026
📍 Church of the Village
201 West 13th Street
New York, NY 10011

🎤 Featured Guest Preachers:
🌈 June 7 – Zack Reedy
🌱 June 14 – John C. Flake
⚧️ June 21 – Liz Hyman
🕊️ June 28 – Spencer Williams

Because Pride is more than celebration—it is proclamation.

A proclamation that every person is worthy.
A proclamation that authenticity is holy.
A proclamation that nobody is outside the story of God.

All are welcome. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

🌈❤️ This past Sunday, Church of the Village showed up with love, legacy, and purpose.

For decades, COTV has stood alongside those impacted by HIV/AIDS—offering compassion, advocacy, care, and community when the world too often chose silence.

This past Sunday, we continued that sacred tradition at the 2026 NYC AIDS Walk with GMHC as the Divine Icons of COTV 👟✨

We walked in remembrance.
We walked in solidarity.
We walked because the fight is not over.

HIV advocacy is faith in action.
Q***r love is holy.
Community care saves lives.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, cheered us on, and showed up with us. 💖
