Restoring the Hebrew Roots to the Christian Faith

Restoring the Hebrew Roots to the Christian Faith YAH Shalom to you and your family.... amen and amen. YAH bless and yom tov.

This is intended to provide a resource to the Christians regarding its rich Hebraic heritage by promoting Heebrew literacy among all those who claim Jesus [YAHSHUA]. Restoring the Hebrew Roots to the Christian Faith is intended to provide a resource to the Church regarding its rich Hebraic heritage by promoting Jewish literacy among all those who claim Jesus [YAHSHUA] as their Lord and Saviour. In

my opinion this really is important today for many reasons, but especially because lots of people within the church today do not know of the inherent Jewishness of their heritage, and this is reflected in lots of misinterpretations concerning the Scriptures. Remember: Jesus [YAHSHUA] was (and is) a Jew, and also to be considered a follower of Him implies learning about the Jewish [Hebrew] people, their culture, their language, as well as their method of understanding and studying the Scriptures. The study of biblical Hebrew as well as your Jewish heritage can give the correct context when reading the B'rit Chadashah (New Testament) by equipping you to definitely know and understand the implications of the Tanakh (Old Testament). You will begin to better understand the Hebraic mindset that informs all of the New Testament writings, avoiding exegetical errors that distort the original intent from the authors of the Holy Scriptures.

Based on 14 Years of Data from 2010 to 2023, Hebrew Month 01 - Day 01 does NOT always take place AFTER the Spring Equinox as seen in 2010, 2013, 2018, 2021. And, if there is a 13th Month, Passover is ALWAYS in April and NEVER in May.

The renewed moon was NOT sighted today (MAR 22) in Israel by at least two witnesses, without the use of visual aids like binoculars and cameras. AND sufficient quantities of aviv barley have been found in Israel. This means the 12th month will have 30 days and the 1st day of the 1st month will begin tomorrow at sunset by default. Therefore, "New Moon Day" and "New Year's Day" on the Astronomically and Agriculturally Corrected Biblical Hebrew Calendar, which is "nisan" on the Jewish (calculated, rabbinic, Hillel II) calendar, will be from sunset MAR 23 to sunset MAR 24. Shemini Atzeret, which is the "eighth day" of the Sukkot Festival, will be celebrated sunset October 18 - sunset October 19, 2022. Although Shemini Atzeret is not part of Sukkot and therefore the laws of Sukkot do not extend to this day (i.e. pilgrimage, dwelling in a booth), work is prohibited. Irene wrote: "Thank you for clarifying Shemini Atzeret; this is much needed for folks to be able to distinguish between rabbinical trappings vs. reality of the Torah."

Praise is awaiting You, O Elohim, in Zion; And to You the vow shall be performed. O You who hear prayer, To You all flesh will come. Iniquities prevail against me; As for our transgressions, You will provide atonement for them. Shabbat Shalom

Yom HaKippurim (Day of Atonements) is a Not Any Work, Holy Convocation day, similar to Shabbat, the weekly Sabbath day (Lev 23:3) However, Yom HaKippurim (Lev 23:27-28; Num 29:7) includes fasting (afflicting our soul/appetite) while Shabbat includes a meal that is prepared on the 6th day (Ex 16:4-5,22-26). This week, however, we need to prepare for Shabbat on the 5th day (Thursday) because Yom HaKippurim is on the 6th day (Friday). https://aroodawakening.tv/feasts-studies/feast/yom-kippur
