Assalaamualaikum Brothers & Sisters,
This is an update regarding Masjid Bilal. Please DISREGARD the phone number on google and on the other page of Masjid Bilal. That phone number is NOT the phone number of Masjid Bilal nor is it the phone number of our masjid's imaam Dr. Syed Tassawur Gillani. This is the ONLY official account of Masjid Bilal. Therefore, please unfollow the other account. We do not know who created it. The CORRECT and official phone number of Masjid Bilal is: 718-217-7990. Please do not call that 646 phone number, that phone number has NOTHING to do with our masjid. Please let others know as well. From now on, please call the number mentioned above for any questions or concerns.

May Allah (swt) keep us all in his mercy and the best state of Imaan, Ameen.

Jazak'Allah Khair.

"Your opinion about others shows how you think about yourself"
Its not about minority or priority... Its just people don't really follow the basics of Islam. Prophet Mohammad S.A.W himself did forgive many people in his life who did wrong to him and said wrong things about him. Qur'an teaches us to forgive. If Allah and the Prophets forgave not just fellow Muslims but also non believers then who are we to punish them? When Qur'an itself is asking you to forgive, then who are we? We read Qur'an without UNDERSTANDING it. And if we are good followers of Islam, then we shouldn't be arguing about something for which someone has already asked for forgiveness. May Allah forgive our sins and may Allah guide us all to the right path. Masha'Allah the video was beautiful. Lets stop being ignorant and educate ourselves!

When the Holy Prophet (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam)’s beloved son passed away, The Holy Prophet (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) was naturally, very mournful.
Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa (R.A.) questioned the Holy Prophet (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) about Allah (SWT) accepting 1 prayer from every prophet in their life. Why won’t the Holy Prophet (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) ask Allah (SWT) to give his son back to him? To bring him back to life?
Rasool Allah (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) responded to her by saying that he has saved that Dua (prayer) for the day of judgement for his Ummat.
Subhan’Allah. ♥
I doubt anyone can love as much as our beloved Rasool Allah (sall Allāhu ʻalayhi wa ālihi wa sallam) loves us & will save us on the day of judgement (in-shah’Allah).
