With a deeply saddened heart, I offer my prayers for Nepal and for all those affected by this devastating natural disaster.

May the precious lives lost in this tragedy be guided toward peaceful rebirth. May their families find strength and courage during this painful time. May those who are still missing be found safely, and may all those injured, displaced, and suffering receive the support and care they need.

As Buddhists, let us hold every being affected by this tragedy in our prayers and cultivate compassion, loving-kindness, and the aspiration that suffering may be relieved.

May the blessings of the Three Jewels bring peace, protection, and healing to Nepal and to all beings affected by this disaster.

When words can no longer carry the answer,
I choose the quiet path of silence.

When I cannot find the words
to explain the way beyond suffering,
I place my hands in prayer
and entrust the rest to wisdom.

I cannot heal every wounded heart,
nor can I remove every burden from another’s path.
But I can hold every being in my prayers,
and wish that healing may arise swiftly
through compassion, wisdom, and time.

Sometimes, silence is not an absence of words;
it is the space where understanding begins.

Sometimes, prayer is not an answer to suffering;
it is the offering of our compassion
when our own strength has reached its limit.

May those who are suffering find peace.
May those who are lost find their way.
May those who are wounded find healing.
May every heart awaken to its own inner light.

I may not be able to heal everyone,
but I will never stop praying
for the healing of all.
