Ramadan Mubarak from Masjid Al-Ikhlas.

The first day of Ramadan will be on Saturday March 1, 2025. Iftaar and dinner will be provided at the Masjid. Isha Salah will begin at 8:00pm and the Taraweeh Salah will follow after. The first Taraweeh Salah will be tonight Friday February 28th after the Isha Salah.

We hope that Allah (SWT) accepts our fasting and prayer in this holy month.

Assalamu Alaikum,

Masjid Al-Ikhlas would like to extend Eid greetings to you and your family. Eid-ul-Fitr will be on Thursday, May 13th, Insha Allah. There will be two Eid prayers. The first prayer will be at 7:30 AM sharp. And the second prayer will be at 8:30 am. Please make your Wudu at home. Everyone who attends must bring their own prayer mats and wear a mask. We are also enforcing social distancing at the Masjid. Thank you.

The first day of Ramadan will be on Tuesday April 13, 2021. Iftaar and dinner will not be provided. Isha Salah will begin tonight at 9:15 pm and the Taraweeh Salah will follow after. We are only allowing men as of right now for prayer. No women allowed at this time. Everyone must have a mask and a prayer rug. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brother Abdool Rahman Bacchus, also know as Brother Bobby. He was the former president and one of the founding members of Masjid Al-Ikhlas in Astoria. May Allah (SWT) help his family with this loss and give them strength. The Janaaza will be tomorrow Monday April 5th 2021 at 12:30 pm at Bergen Funeral Home located at 114-30 Rockaway Blvd, South Ozone Park NY 11420, Insha Allah. Assalamu Alaikum.

Masjid Al-Ikhlas would like to extend Eid greetings to you and your family. Eid-ul-Adha will be on Friday July 31st, Insha Allah. There will be two prayers. The first prayer will be at 7:30 AM and the second will be at 8:30 AM. For the second prayer please be there at 8:15 AM. Please make your Wudu at home. Everyone who attends must bring their own prayer mats and wear a mask. We are sorry for not accommodating women and children at this time for the safety and well being of everyone. Thank you.
