The inspection of sites for accommodation is quire extensive. Many phone calls, negotiations back and forth, engaging businesses to supply audio visual services to the high standard already set by the ROC. Catering to the economic pockets of all visitors and registrants.

Organising our now famous "Singing in the city. " Transportation to and from the airport, budgeting with funds not yet collected from those we expect to register and having to pay suppliers in advance in order to lock down a deal. All this while trying our best not to leave the local congregations holding the proverbial "bag." It is the ROC's policy to do all within its remit, not to leave debts behind, not for itself or for the local congregations.

That is why early registrations and donations are valuable support towards this end.

See you in St Lucia 2026. You are the reason we do what we do. We are preparing for you!

Well what do the old people say? All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy.

The brethren of St Lucia build lota of play into their planning. Way beyond what we expectedz or, may I even say, more than we deserve.

The hospitality was so overwhelming, the home cooked meals were awesomely tasty. Let's just say our God is a good God. He uses the best people to bring into our lives. Thanks to the Jean family, Bro and sister Dillian Bellot, Sister Printy and her husband Cornbread, sister Veronica and the entire St Lucian crew. As our Jamaican brethren say, : "Big up unu self"

(Note for the non caribbean readers..Big up unu self" is a Jamaican Patois phrase that means "big up yourselves," or "congratulations to yourselves" and "give yourselves credit". It is used to show respect and praise oneself or others for an accomplishment, or to spread positive energy. )

The Regional Oversight Committee join our St Lucia counter parts, on their island, to deepen our plans for ACL 2026.

Intense meetings with hotel managers, inspection of sites and meetings with the local committee are a few of the things this team does and does well. It is tiring, but worth every effort.

Annually, we also get to worship with different congregations on the host island. The fellowship is always sweet. So thanks to the brethren at L'anse Road, Gros Islet and Vieux Fort for welcoming us.

Also, thanks to our chairman Thaddeus Bruno, our founder Ken and Jane Dye, Chirman of the LOC, Bro Dillian Bellot of Gros Islet congregation and the rest of the local and ROC team for another successful and well coordinated, planning session.

Final evening and the curtains have come down on what evidently has been a very successful ACL 2025.

Hats off to the local team for their tremendous work.

Bro Carlton Graham has led his team with distinction.

Our Chairman Thaddeus Bruno and Regional Committee members also need to take a bow for piloting us safely to this destination.

Those who travelled from near and far, deserve our recognition and appreciation along with all those who took up various rolls.

ANNOUNCEMENT: ACL 2026 IS BEING HOSTED BY THE CONGREGATIONS IN ST. LUCIA. Thanks to the brethren of Viex Fort, Gros Islet and L'anse Road.

Bro Carlton Graham is awarded the Miller award for work and involvement in the church in Barbados.
