You must be familiar with the story of the prophet Daniel. Daniel was framed by others and thrown into the den of lions. He prayed to God, cried out to Him, and relied on God in his heart. And God was with him, so he was not afraid. God sealed the lions’ mouths and kept Daniel unharmed. From this, we can see that the God we believe in has authority and power. Therefore, we must believe in God. He could protect Daniel in the den of lions and can also protect us from any danger.
The Bible says, “He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust” (Psalm 91:2).
Almighty God said: “Be quiet within Me, for I am your God, your only Redeemer. You must quiet your hearts at all times and live within Me; I am your rock, your buttress. Have no other mind, but rely on Me with your whole heart and I will certainly appear to you—I am your God!”

There are well-known Bible stories about how God’s authority and power were manifested. God spoke one word to give sight to a blind man; He resurrected a dead man with one sentence; He used one word to calm the wind and sea … We can feel that His power is extraordinary, unfettered by time, space, or geography. There is an inspiring story from history: Alexander the Great was one of the most successful military commanders in history. He became very ill on his return journey from his victorious military campaign, and just as he was about to die, he shared his three last wishes with his generals. First, he wanted his physicians to carry his coffin back, and he wanted the road to the cemetery where his coffin was to be taken to be strewn with gold, silver, and precious stones. Lastly, he wanted both of his hands to be placed so they were outside of the coffin. The generals didn’t understand why he asked to do so. Alexander explained that by doing so, he wished to impart three lessons upon the living. First, no matter how great a physician’s skill, they cannot save people’s lives; they cannot determine a person’s life and death. Second, it isn’t worth it to spend an entire life in the pursuit of wealth; it’s a waste of precious time. And finally, each one of us comes into this world empty-handed, and we will leave empty-handed. We can’t take a single thing with us.

When we see earthquakes and famines happen,
when we see riots and wars occur,
When we see celestial anomalies appear,
there is no doubt that the signs of Christ’s return have appeared!
This fulfills the prophecy of Christ’s return, “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows” (Mark 13:8).
God says, “The last days have arrived and countries across the world are in turmoil. There is political disarray, there are famines, pestilences, floods, and droughts appearing everywhere. There is catastrophe in the world of man; Heaven has also sent down disaster. These are signs of the last days.” “In speaking of the last days, this refers to a separate age, one in which Jesus said you will surely encounter disaster, and encounter earthquakes, famines, and plagues, which will show that this is a new age, and is no longer the old Age of Grace.”
Clearly, the fulfillment of the prophecies of the Lord’s return indicates that the Lord’s day has arrived! The Lord Jesus Christ has already come back, ended the Age of Grace, and opened up a new age!
