Niños: El ayuno es cuando decidimos dejar algo por un tiempo (como ciertos alimentos, dulces o juegos) para pasar más tiempo con Dios.

Ayunar es decir:
“Dios, quiero escucharte mejor y estar más cerca de Ti.”

Por qué ayunamos?
• Para orar más
• Para aprender a obedecer
• Para darle a Dios el primer lugar
• Para agradecerle y pedirle ayuda

“Busquen a Dios y Él estará con ustedes.”

Ejemplo para niños:
No comer dulces un día y usar ese tiempo para orar o leer una historia de la Biblia.

This Christmas, we gather with grateful hearts to celebrate the greatest gift ever given to humanity: Jesus Christ, our Savior. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us—not in a palace, but in humility; not with noise, but with heaven’s authority and peace.

Christmas reminds us that God stepped into our broken world to bring hope where there was despair, light where there was darkness, and life where there was death. No matter what this year has looked like for you—whether full of joy or filled with challenges—Jesus was born for this very moment in your life.

Today we declare that Christ is still Emmanuel—God with us. He walks with us, restores us, and renews our strength. As we celebrate His birth, may our hearts be filled with worship, gratitude, and renewed faith for what God is about to do.

“For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given…” (Isaiah 9:6)

May the peace of Christ reign in your homes, and may the joy of the Lord be your strength—today and always.
