Halleluyah! Halleluyah !! Halleluyah!!!
APOLOGY FROM AVSE JAMES ADEPOJU TO PASTOR E.M.F OSHOFFA AND C.C.C WORLDWIDE.
Halleluya Brethren.
Let me first apologize for the mix up about the viral video of the private conversation that ensued between me and our Pastor.
Unfortunately, the private conversation was secretly recorded without my consent nor the Pastor. This is an infringement on the privacy of the pastor.
We regret the action and apologize to the entire Church and the pastor.
Our organizational issues and Communication was necessary for clarification without any element of doubts.
Without prejudice, I took it upon myself as my responsibility as the chairman of the shepherd council to feel the thought process of the pastor as a takeaway after the end of the pastors visit.
The first issue raised with the Pastor was about the bickering about the status of the Diocese.
If you recall when the Pastor arrived. He asserted that we have only one diocese under the leadership of VSE Balogun.
VSE Joseph Olorunnisola again went viral declaring their stand with BOT.
I am in support of peace and reconciliation across the board. Thank God the pastor mediated and gave us his peace of mind.
The second issue raised in the video was about the division and departmentalization of the diocese.
The caretaker committee unanimously agreed to divide the diocese into four. The report of the proposed recommendation was presented to the Pastor by the former Secretary General of CTC, Avse Tai Balofin in France when Assistant Most Senior Evangelist Anthony Iremiren led the contingent. It was a follow up to that proposal. Apparently, the pastor request that we write to follow up to share with the elder to assist in decision making that will bring a lasting peace.
Therefore, I am appealing to everyone to embrace peace across the board. Please do not misinterpret my intentions. Ijo yi o ni baje. I mean well. In doing so, if I have offended anyone in the process, I am sorry, I apologize, I erred. please forgive me.
Therefore, finally. Let us wait patiently for the advisement of the pastors counsel.
Thank you all.
AVSE James Adepoju
Chairman, Shepherd Council.
