“Youth and Young Adults will learn and understand core christian doctrines and gain the skills to apply these to their everyday life.

Amazing Youth and Young Adults Ministry seeks to equip a generation of young people who have indestructible faith and are courageous in the midst of social, political and cultural opposition. We aspire to teach with clarity and power so that when their faith is challenged they may be grounded and ready to give an answer for their faith. Most importantly to lead them to a personal and transformational relationship with our Lord and Savior.”

The mind is the battlefield many people overlook. The war starts in the mind. What we think, dwell on, and allow to take root in our thoughts shapes our actions and our lives.

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.”

Matters of the Heart:

They show in our thinking processes, our means of functioning, and our way of interacting with others.

The matters/issues of your heart can make you become crippled and needy, making you forget your identity in Christ.

Like an infection, they affect the roots of our faith and, in turn, contaminate our faith and identity.

We’ve been on the Matters of the Heart series for the whole month of February, and as we shift gears this month, don’t forget to check your heart!

“Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.”
Proverbs 4:23

While many celebrate romantic love today, we celebrate the greatest love of all — the love that led Christ to the cross for the remission of our sins.

We’re grateful for the love of the Father who sent His Son to die for us and gave us His Holy Spirit to dwell within us.

Because of that love, we poured into our young adults this past Thursday with sweet treats and even sweeter fellowship.
