Due to the passing of one of our beloved members and out of respect to the family, we have made the decision to postpone our class at Emanuel Lutheran Church - New Haven, IN for tomorrow.

Our next class will be held on May 30th.

If you have ever wanted to learn how to preserve food like your grandparents or even your great grandparents now is the time to attend.

We also learn about dehydrating, freezing and vacuum sealing foods!

This is a lost art, and preserving can save you hundreds of dollars off your grocery bill!

This is a free class!

CLASS VIDEO: In honor of Oktoberfest. Authentic German Sour Krout. We will also be exploring the health benefits of home fermentation. This process can be used with cabbage, corn, greenbeans, beets, and cucumbers.
